Welcome to Every Bodies Pilates & Fitness where we transform lives through the Pilates method. 

At Every Bodies Pilates & Fitness we specialise in small group Pilates classes as well as individualised and mixed equipment classes, focusing on your specific goals and needs. 

 

Our team is made up of highly qualified Instructors with internationally recognised qualifications who program and oversee each class with a high level of care and supervision. Our goal, through the Pilates method is to enhance your movement experience for a strong, fit and healthy life. 

 

If you are starting Pilates with injury or medical concerns we will take great care of you in a Private or Studio (semi-private) Pilates class.

REFORMER

A total body conditioning class that focuses on muscle strength, endurance, core stability, flexibility, postural improvements & coordination. Our Reformer classes are fun, somewhat fast paced and offer a wide variety of exercises. 

Please note that although we can modify exercises where required, these classes do not cater to individual programs and are not to be attended for injury rehabilitation purposes or pregnancy beyond 16 weeks.  If you are dealing with an injury or acute back and/or neck pain, please book in for an Initial Consultation with one of our Diploma Qualified Instructors.

FUNDAMENTALS

The Pilates Fundamentals class is highly recommended for those who are new to Pilates, or have not practiced for some time, and simply wish to freshen up on the principles of Pilates. It is a prerequisite that all new clients attend 1 Fundamentals class, before moving into the small group classes. This class is 50 minutes in duration and the first class is complimentary to new clients. Pre bookings essential.

PRIVATE SESSIONS

A Private Pilates class with a Diploma qualified Instructor. During this session you will be utilising a range of specialised Pilates apparatus to address your specific goals or needs.

These individualised classes will ensure that you are receiving consistent feedback and corrections and complete each exercise under a high level of supervision.

MAT

Explore the foundations of the Pilates method & transfer all of the elements from the Reformer to the floor. The matwork exercises focus on building strength, endurance and control whilst working on breath control, body awareness and effective execution of good posture & alignment. We utilise a variety of small Pilates props that we love to incorporate into classes including; therabands, foam rollers, magic circles and more. Matwork is challenging however there are levels to suit individuals of all fitness levels. Please note that if you are pregnant, have current injury concerns or acute pain, you would be advised to attend an Initial Consultation with one of our Diploma Qualified Instructors before progressing to group classes.

STRETCH & RELEASE

Our bodies work best when we combine work with rest, stimulation with relaxation. In this small group, mixed equipment class you will be lead through a series of Pilates exercises to provide length, release tension and create space throughout your body and peace in your mind. We incorporate a variety of Pilates props including the foam roller & various size trigger balls to improve flexibility, reduce muscular stiffness, speed up recovery and alleviate pain and injury. This is an incredibly popular class and a great way to bring balance to your week.

JUMP BOARD

Jumpboard is a fast-paced Reformer workout that keeps your heart rate up while building strength and toning your body the way only Pilates can. This is a low impact, joint friendly class that will get your heart pumping and challenge your cardiovascular endurance. This class is suitable for clients who have prior reformer experience and no injury concerns.

STUDIO SESSIONS

Are you looking to tone, strengthen or improve your mobility but feel limited in a group setting? Try this individualised, semi private session and work on programs that are tailored towards your specific fitness goals. 

 

Studio Sessions run for 50 minutes and are facilitated by a Diploma qualified Instructor. In this class you will receive a more personalised experience, working through your own individual program, utilising a variety of specialised Pilates apparatus. 

These classes can be attended whilst pregnant, through injury and is also for those looking to hone in on a particular skill, goal, or even improve sporting performance. 

 

Before you start a Studio class, you will need to complete an Initial Consultation. During this consultation we will assess postural alignment, core control, movement patterns and discuss your personal goals, requirements & health history.

Following your Initial Consultation, a tailored program will be created to address your requirements, ensuring you get the most out of every session.
