Welcome to Every Bodies Pilates & Fitness, where we’re dedicated to transforming lives through the proven power of the Pilates method.

 

We specialise in small group Pilates classes, as well as individualised and mixed equipment sessions tailored to your unique goals and needs. Whether you’re looking to build strength, recover from injury, or enhance overall wellbeing, our personalised approach ensures every body is supported.

 

Our team of highly qualified instructors, each with internationally recognised credentials, carefully program and supervise each class to deliver a safe, effective, and results-driven experience. Through the Pilates method, we aim to elevate your movement, helping you lead a strong, fit, and healthy life.

 

If you’re beginning your Pilates journey with an injury or medical condition, we’ll take great care to support you through Private or Studio (semi-private) Pilates sessions, ensuring a gentle and attentive introduction.​​​

Our Signature Reformer Classes

Discover our 8 signature Reformer classes, each designed to challenge, strengthen, and your body in a unique way. Whether you're looking to refine technique, build endurance, or elevate your practice, we have a class for you.  

Classic – Discover the true essence and the timeless benefits of Pilates in our Classic Reformer class, where we follow the original Reformer order as Joseph Pilates intended. 


Define – Sculpt, tone, and strengthen your lower body with targeted exercises focusing on your legs, glutes, and core.

Elevate – This high-intensity, dynamic workout combines the core-strengthening benefits of Pilates with powerful, full-body movements designed to elevate your heart rate and challenge your endurance.

Energise – An upbeat, fast-paced session that boosts endurance, coordination, and overall vitality. Expect a balance of sweat and stretch that will leave you feeling aligned, empowered, and glowing from the inside out  


Flow – A seamless, breath-driven class that focuses on fluid full-body transitions and mindful movement to improve strength, flexibility, and balance. You'll engage in a continuous series of exercises that promote core stability and enhance your body's alignment.  

Power – Strength meets control in this challenging jumpboard class designed to build muscle and core stability. This high-energy, cardio-infused workout combines the strength-building benefits of the Reformer with the low-impact plyometric training of the Jumpboard. 

Sculpt – Targeted toning with high-rep, low-impact exercises to define and shape your body. 

Stamina – A next-level endurance class combining strength, stability, and cardiovascular challenge.

Our Signature Mat Classes

 

We offer two unique mat classes designed to complement each other and support your overall fitness journey.

 

Elements is a dynamic mat class that builds strength, flexibility, and alignment through controlled Pilates movements. Focused on core strength and proper posture, this class offers a full-body workout suitable for all levels.

 

Restore is a gentle stretch class designed to improve flexibility, release tension, and promote relaxation. Using deep, restorative stretches, this class helps improve mobility and calm the body and mind.

 

Both Elements and Restore offer a valuable opportunity to enhance your body’s strength, flexibility, and well-being. Join us to deepen your Pilates practice, restore your energy, and leave feeling renewed, refreshed, and fully aligned.

 

At Every Bodies Pilates & Fitness we also offer personalised coaching experiences that cater to your individual needs, whether through one-on-one Private Coaching sessions or small group Studio sessions.

 

Private Coaching Sessions:

 

Our Private Coaching sessions offer one-on-one attention tailored to your specific needs and goals. Whether you’re new to Pilates or an experienced practitioner, these sessions are designed to target areas of focus, address any injuries or imbalances, and refine your technique. With personalised instruction on all apparatus, our expert coaches guide you through a customised Pilates program that helps you build strength, improve mobility, and find a deeper connection to your body.

 

Studio Sessions:

 

Our Semi-Private Studio Sessions offer a unique balance of personalised attention and community support. With a small group of up to four clients, you’ll receive tailored instruction while enjoying the energy and motivation of others. These sessions combine the benefits of individual coaching with the camaraderie of group classes, allowing you to work at your own pace while receiving expert guidance to refine your technique, increase strength, and enhance flexibility.
