ABOUT US

 

Welcome to Every Bodies Pilates & Fitness where we transform lives through the Pilates method. 

At Every Bodies Pilates & Fitness we specialise in small group Pilates classes as well as individualised and mixed equipment classes, focusing on your specific goals and needs. 

 

Our team is made up of highly qualified Instructors with internationally recognised qualifications who program and oversee each class with a high level of care and supervision. Our goal, through the Pilates method is to enhance your movement experience for a strong, fit and healthy life. 

 

If you are starting Pilates with injury or medical concerns we will take great care of you in a Private or Studio (semi-private) Pilates class.

REFORMER

Discover our Signature Reformer Classes including Energise, Flow, Classic & Stamina. Designed to strengthen, lengthen, balance & sculpt through conscious movement. 

​

* Please note that although we can modify exercises where required, these classes do not cater to individual programs and are not to be attended for injury rehabilitation purposes or pregnancy beyond 16 weeks.  If you are dealing with an injury or acute back and/or neck pain, please book in for a Private Coaching session with one of our Diploma Qualified Instructors.

ESSENTIALS

The Essentials class is highly recommended for those who are new to Pilates, or have not practiced for some time, and simply wish to freshen up on the principles of Pilates. Designed to support you at the beginning of your Pilates Journey, this class focuses on core and alignment through controlled and precise technique. It is a prerequisite that all new clients attend 1 Essentials class, before moving into the small group classes. This class is 50 minutes in duration and the first class is complimentary to new clients. Pre bookings essential.

PRIVATE COACHING

Private Coaching is an appointment based service designed specifically to suit the needs of your body. After your first session, where you will be assessed, you will then be guided and supported through a personalised program with a Diploma qualified Instructor. During this session you will use a range of specialised Pilates apparatus to address your specific goals and meet your capabilities.

These individualised classes are perfect for injury rehabilitation, elite conditioning and post pregnancy, ensuring that you are receiving consistent feedback, corrections and complete each exercise under a high level of supervision to build a stronger more functional body through conscious movement.

ELEMENTS

Explore the foundations and the origins of the Pilates method with our Elements class. The mat-work system focuses on building strength, endurance and control whilst working on breath control, body awareness and effective execution of good posture & alignment. Mat-work is challenging however there are levels to suit individuals of all fitness levels. 

 

*Please note that if you are pregnant, have current injury concerns or acute pain, you would be advised to attend a Private Coaching session with one of our Diploma Qualified Instructors before progressing to group classes.

RESTORE

Our bodies work best when we combine work with rest, stimulation with relaxation. In this small group, mixed equipment class you will be lead through a series of Pilates exercises to provide true nourishment of body & mind. Designed to lengthen & align, release tension and create space throughout your body, this stretch & release class will leave you free of tension and with a peaceful  mind.  This is an incredibly popular class and a great way to bring balance to your week.

POWER

Designed to challenge, energise and transform, this jump-board class is a fast-paced Reformer workout that fuses pilates, barre, cardio & strength training. This class will encourage you to keep your heart rate up while leaving you feel invigorated & empowered as only Pilates can.

 

* This is a low impact, joint friendly class is suitable for intermediate/advanced levels.

STUDIO  

Are you looking for  little more specific care and attention but feel limited in a group setting? Try this individualised, semi private studio session and work on programs that are tailored towards your specific fitness goals. 

 

 In this class you will receive a more personalised experience, working through your own individual program, utilising a variety of specialised Pilates apparatus facilitated by a Diploma qualified instructor.

 

These classes can be attended whilst pregnant, through injury and is also for those looking to hone in on a particular skill or goal through elite conditioning to improve sporting performance.

 

Before you start a Studio session, you will need to complete a Private Coaching session. During this consultation we will assess postural alignment, core control, movement patterns and discuss your personal goals, requirements & health history.

Following your Private Coaching session, a tailored program will be created to address your requirements, ensuring you get the most out of every session.
